Return Policy
PenName Publications (and Printful) cover the costs of replacement items under certain conditions. PenName Publications must approve exchanges prior to returning the original order, and customers may be responsible for shipping costs. Please read this return policy to understand your customer responsibilities and the fulfilment responsibilities of Printful and PenName Publications.
PenName Publications Return Policy

Penname Publications' return policy is adapted from Printful’s return policy (Printful is the third-party printer responsible for all physical merchandise sold in the Pseudo Store at Pennamepublications.com). This policy reflects the limitations on returns permitted by Printful, thus framing the guidelines for Penname Publications' policy. No Returns or Refunds (Buyer’s Remorse)
Penname Publications and Printful do not accept returns or issue refunds due to buyer’s remorse. Please carefully consider your purchase before finalizing your order.

Shipping Costs
Please note that Penname Publications incurs the cost of both initial and return shipping. Printful, as our third-party fulfillment service, is neither permitted nor required to issue refunds for non-defective items returned to their facilities. Therefore, returns requested without just cause will not be authorized, and both Penname Publications and Printful are not legally obligated to issue refunds for such returns.

Delivery Times Are Not Guaranteed
While Penname Publications and Printful strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and no refunds or discounts will be issued for late shipments. For bulk orders placed under contract with Penname Protection, please contact Penname Publications directly to discuss any applicable compensations or rectification options.

Exchanges
Due to products being made to order, Printful does not accept returns or size/color exchanges. However, Penname Publications may allow size/color exchanges for apparel items under specific circumstances. If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for any accrued shipping costs. (See the Pseudo Exchange Policy below.)

Replacements for Lost, Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
Printful takes full responsibility for any misprinted or otherwise ill-produced products. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, or if your order is lost during delivery, you will need to submit a problem report to receive a replacement.

Problem reports can be submitted directly to Printful, or you may contact Penname Publications to submit a claim on your behalf. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement order will be sent out to the previously specified address at no additional expense to you.

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Lost Items in Transit
Claims for lost items in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Before submitting a claim for a lost item, please verify that the shipping address you provided is correct. Additionally, please contact the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order, and be prepared to provide evidence of this attempt if required.

Submitting a Product Report
To submit a product report, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com or pennamepublications@protonmail.com.

Please Note: If a carrier’s tracking information states that an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, neither Printful nor Penname Publications will take responsibility for reshipping the order. In such cases, any replacements would need to be at your expense.

Incorrect Delivery Address
If you provided an incorrect delivery address, you may be liable for any returned shipments that Printful receives due to an error in processing. Typically, the package will be sent back to the return address (Printful’s fulfillment center). If an item is returned to Printful, they will contact Penname Publications for an updated address.

Penname Publications offers a "Second-Chance Delivery" for undeliverable addresses. Once Penname Publications receives the updated address from Printful, we will contact you for the correct information. You will be responsible for any re-shipment costs (up to 30% of the item price) once the updated address is confirmed.

If the package was not returned to Printful’s fulfillment center, you will need to place a new order for a replacement. Neither Printful nor Penname Publications is liable for any financial loss due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Please contact Penname Publications for assistance if an incorrect address was provided, and we will help you resolve the issue.

Pseudo Exchange Policy
Penname Publications may allow for exchanges of apparel items for a different size or color under specific circumstances at minimal or no expense to you, the customer. Eligible apparel items for exchange include:

Before making a purchase, please carefully review the Apparel Sizing/Measurement Guides and other resources provided on the website to ensure that the finalized product will fit as desired. It is your responsibility as a consumer to reference these guides before finalizing your order.

Exchange Eligibility
If an item does not fit as intended (and you can prove via photograph that the item is not sized as advertised), Penname Publications will grant an exchange for a replacement item at no cost to you. In the event of other situations (e.g., you overlooked something in the sizing guide), Penname Publications may still approve an exchange. However, in such cases, you may be required to cover any shipping costs (up to 60% of the item price).

Return Address
Unless otherwise specified by Penname Publications, the return address is set by default to the Printful facility. This address is noted on the packaging in which you receive your order. If Printful’s facility is not the designated return address, Penname Publications will provide an alternative address to which you may return your items.

Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Penname Publications is based, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
